Digital Position Indicators help make system adjustments with improved precision and accuracy using numeric positioning coordinates. MFT Automation offers two options for digital position indicators: counters and scales. Counters put numbers to positions using the gear rotation in the counter to correspond to the number. Scales are engraved into the machine and can be made in whatever increments an application requires. Numeric positioning allows the user to precisely align their machines to their needs while making it easy for a quick changeover. No need to repeat the fine-tuning process each time a changeover occurs.
