The Rotary Batch Dropper is attached to a friction feeder that counts the product as it is fed through the equipment. Products are fed onto paddles that square the products and keep the stack straight. The paddles rotate to drop the batch onto a conveyor. The conveyor moves the neat stack of products to the next step in the production process. With a cycle time of 35 milliseconds, the Rotary Batch Dropper is MFT Automation’s fastest method of batching.
